JOIN OUR VIRTUAL PARTNERS MEETING 12 JULY!
To acknowledge the World Population Day, we are hosting a virtual partners meeting on the theme FP/SRHR linkages within and beyond the health sector. Participate in the WHO launch of a SRH & UHC Handbook, be inspired to apply storytelling in FP/SRH programming, and listen to updates on scale-up in FP/SRH. The event will also include information about IBP Network’s participation in ICFP.
USING STORYTELLING TO DOCUMENT IMPLEMENTATION OF EVIDENCE
The IBP Network works closely with local organizations to produce Implementation Stories, capturing use of WHO guidelines. Through this innovative project, IBP encourages creative means of documenting implementation and impact and advocating for what works in FP/SRH programming.
The IBP Network, which is based at the Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Research at WHO, Geneva, Switzerland, is a consortium of over 100 member organizations and 18 500 individuals from all around the world. We leverage our convening power, diverse membership and neutral platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration, to support dissemination and use of evidence-based guidelines and programmatic interventions in FP/SRH. Through activities such as webinars, an online space for communities of practice, virtual and face-to-face meetings, and innovative means of documenting implementation, we bring people together, encourage exchange of good practices, and act as a global platform for local impact.
