Visa Information
The ICFP Secretariat has compiled these resources to help you determine if you need a visa to participate in the ICFP 2025 conference in Bogotá, Colombia. The ICFP Secretariat recommends ICFP 2025 delegates apply for their visa as soon as possible—no later than 60 days prior to the start of the conference (by 1 September 2025).

ICFP 2025 has received a record-breaking 5,174 abstracts, the highest in the conference’s history!

For 15 years, ICFP has united the global SRHR community to share insights, celebrate milestones, and confront challenges. Emerging directly from the ICFP community, the ICFP 2025 theme, “Equity Through Action: Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for All,” calls for innovative solutions and concrete commitments to address health and systemic inequities worldwide.

As the world grappled with the COVID-19 pandemic, the ICFP community demonstrated exceptional leadership by conducting groundbreaking research, devising innovative solutions, and forging partnerships to advance family planning and reproductive health and rights despite unprecedented challenges.
To foster greater collaboration and adapt to the changing landscape, the ICFP community recognized the need for a new approach. This led to the development of an evolving, multi-sectoral platform that goes beyond the traditional biennial conference model to better serve the community’s needs.
Over the past five years, ICFP has undergone a remarkable transformation. This vibrant movement is united by a shared belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality family planning services, products, and information.
It has also become an engaging, informative, and inspiring platform that brings together a diverse group of family planning advocates, researchers, political and faith leaders, and program implementers of all ages.
