Dorine Irankunda

Dr. Irankunda is a seasoned clinical and technical expert in the design and strengthening person centered quality of care systems for SRH/MNH services in Africa, the private sector and global health. She has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring FP/RH/MNH programs, strengthening private sector engagement, and public-private partnership to improve access to quality person centered RH/MNH services in Africa. She is an experienced practitioner in SRH/MNH services provision, advocate for health system strengthening and contextualization of response strategies for health system strengthening. Dr. Irankunda has a track record of setting direction & achieving goals through proficient strategic planning, project management, and leadership of diverse cross-functional teams across 13 African countries. She is skilled in the development of service delivery protocols, coaching and supervision tools, training modules targeting specific health worker needs, learning materials, their dissemination and conversion into e-learning materials.
