Hosted by the ICFP Power Shifting Subcommittee, this interactive workshop introduces the Equity Pause Checklist — a practical tool for rethinking HIV prevention, treatment, and care through an equity lens. Centering the knowledge and leadership of women living with HIV, the session uses multilingual table discussions (English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish) to help participants surface unconscious bias, name power imbalances, and move collectively toward solutions. Participants will leave with concrete commitments to carry equity-centered reflection back into their organizations and movements.
