Changing Women’s Lives through Access to Contraceptives in South Sudan: Meet our all-woman GHSC-PSM South Sudan Team. In South Sudan, flooding, conflicts, and social stigma make it hard for women to access voluntary family planning methods. Despite these challenges, our team works tirelessly and creatively to find a way to give women control over their bodies and choices. Our programs have expanded access to a broad range of services, and supported low-cost, high-impact interventions that include basic and emergency obstetric and newborn care and clinical and community-based family planning.
