Katie Williams is a Senior Technical Officer at FHI 360. She has 9 years of relevant experience in program management, research translation, policy development and analysis and research within the global health and international development space. After supporting the educational products and curriculum development team at the National Geographic Society, she joined the Peace Corps in Fiji, working on gender equity, sexual and reproductive health education, and climate resiliency projects. Since 2018, she has supported a project portfolio inclusive of family planning, menstrual health, education, and HIV. Currently, Katie primarily contributes to the policy and program and pipeline management and market development workstreams under the Maximizing Options to Advance Informed Choice for HIV Prevention project. She provides additional technical support to population, health, and environment efforts across the organization, with particular focus on the linkages between the climate crisis and HIV prevention.
