Meghan Gallagher

Dr. Gallagher is a monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning expert with 20 years of experience as a leader in global health in fragile settings, encompassing management, program design, monitoring & evaluation, technical analysis, publications, partnerships, proposal development, and locally-based research. She is skilled in demographic and epidemiological methods, with topic expertise including family planning, MNCH, adolescent health, gender, nutrition, and communicable disease. She is the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning for MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience at JSI. She has PhD in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and an MPH from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
