The organizers of ICFP 2025 are offering three competitive travel awards to support a limited number of accepted abstract presenters planning to attend the conference in Bogotá, Colombia (November 3–6, 2025).
Awards are available only to individuals whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation. Each award provides full or partial funding, including registration, airfare, accommodation, and per diem.

Note: The application link is provided in your abstract acceptance letter, which you should have received via email to the email address you utilized to set up your Dryfta account. 1. Early-Career Researcher Travel Awards
For early-career professionals advancing the field through research, implementation, or advocacy.
Provides: Full travel support
Purpose: Amplify early-career voices and foster next-generation leadership in SRHR.
2. High-Need Travel Awards
Presenters with financial need or limited institutional support
Provides: Full or partial travel support
Purpose: Reduce barriers to participation and promote global representation.
3. Power of Family Planning Travel Awards
Presenters whose abstracts showcase the impact of family planning across other sectors
Provides: Full or partial travel support
Purpose: Highlight FP’s cross-sectoral value (e.g., Maternal health outcomes (e.g., maternal mortality, morbidity, antenatal care); Child health outcomes (e.g., infant mortality, child nutrition, immunization rates); Economic outcomes (e.g., household income, women’s labor force participation, poverty reduction); Other).
Only individuals with accepted abstracts are eligible to participate. Priority will be given to papers accepted for oral and flash (oral and poster presentations). Please check your acceptance letter for the application link and submit your materials by July 6.
