Download This Call for Abstract Reviewers
The seventh International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP 2025)—taking place 3–6 November 2025 in Bogotá, Colombia—is looking for abstract reviewers with training and/or experience in conducting research, program implementation, and/or advocacy efforts who can evaluate submitted abstracts for significance, methodological rigor, and appropriate findings and interpretation.
ICFP 2025 invites abstracts in English, French, and Spanish. Please see the ICFP 2025 Abstract Submission Guidelines for more information on individual abstracts and preformed panel abstracts. Abstract submissions are open now through 15 March 2025, 11:59 PM ET.
The number of abstracts per reviewer will depend on the number of reviewers and number of submitted abstracts per track. The ICFP 2025 Scientific Subcommittee will aim for no more than 20 abstracts per reviewer. Prompt review of abstracts within 21 days of receipt of each abstract in the review portal will be required in order to keep to the determined timeline.

Please complete this survey before 1 March 2025, 11:59 PM ET.
Next Steps
The ICFP 2025 Scientific Subcommittee co-chairs will contact those who are selected to be abstract reviewers by the week of 14 March 2025 to confirm participation and deliver the ICFP 2025 Abstract Reviewer Guidelines.
The ICFP Secretariat will also schedule webinars that offer abstract reviewers a visual walkthrough of the abstract platform and answer any questions arise.
