In just a few days, the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) 2025 kicks off in Bogotá! 🎉
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all delegates, the ICFP Secretariat is finalizing bus routes between official hotels and the Agora Bogotá Convention Center.

🚐 Transportation Details
From El Dorado International Airport to Official Hotels
The ICFP organizing team is offering free airport transfers on the following days:

October 31, November 1, 2, and 3 (until noon on November 3).
Upon arrival, look for ICFP staff in red T-shirts holding paddles with the ICFP logo — they’ll guide you to the designated waiting area and your bus.
💡 Important: Please make sure your travel itinerary is complete in the system (Dryfta), as this information is used to coordinate your airport pickup and hotel transfer.
Airport Logistics Team Availability:
🕓 24/7 from October 31 to November 3
All official ICFP buses will be clearly marked with the ICFP logo for easy identification.

International arrivals: After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, follow the conference signage to the ICFP waiting room located near the Terminal 1 elevators/escalators.

Domestic arrivals: Meet ICFP logistics staff at the domestic gate exit for assistance.
🚌 Daily Shuttles: Hotels ↔ Agora Bogotá Convention Center
November 3–6, 2025
Complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be available between official hotels and the Agora:

Morning: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Evening: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
✈️ Departures: From Agora & Hotels to the Airport
Free transportation will also be available on November 6 and 7 from the Agora Convention Center and official hotels to El Dorado International Airport.
