Participation Agreement
Please review the ICFP 2025 Participation Agreement below before registering for ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership. All ICFP 2025 delegates are required to sign this agreement during the registration process in order to participate in the conference. The document is available in English, French, and Spanish below.

Information on ICFP 2025 Delegates Under 18
The ICFP 2025 conference will be attended by minors (individuals between the ages of 14 and 18, with special exceptions given to those participating under 14 by the Secretariat) both in person and virtually.

Discounts
We are thrilled to offer several discounts on ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration. All discounts are subject to verification, may require additional documentation, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Group Discount
Those purchasing 10 or more ICFP 2025 Delegate Memberships will receive a 10% discount at checkout. Organizations planning to support multiple individuals to participate in ICFP 2025 should consider this opportunity to save costs.
How to Access This Discount:
To begin a group registration, please fill out this form. After completion, you will be invoiced for the amount. After payment is received, you will receive a registration code for your attendees to use at checkout.
The last day to purchase group memberships is 15 October 2025.
Youth Discount
ICFP delegates who are 35 or younger as of 1 November 2025 are eligible for a 50% discount on their ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership fee during the Early Bird period only. For details on the participation of minors (individuals under the age of 18) at ICFP 2025, please refer to our official policies page here.
How to Access This Discount:
If you qualify, please use the code “icfpyouth” at checkout.
Non-affiliated Discount
Individuals who are currently unemployed due to recent USAID funding cuts are eligible for a special non-affiliated discount. This discount provides individuals with $200 USD off their ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership fee during the Early Bird period only.

Abstract Reviewer Discount
Those who served as abstract reviewers or super reviewers for the ICFP 2025 Scientific Review Panel, completed all assigned abstract reviews, and are attending ICFP 2025 in person are eligible for a $50 USD discount on their ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership fee during the Early Bird period only.
How to Access This Discount:
If you qualify, please check the email linked to your Dryfta account for your code to use at checkout.
No On-site Delegate Member Registration
Important Notice:
There will be no on-site registrations for ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership at the conference venue in Bogotá, Colombia. To attend the ICFP 2025 conference in person, all delegates must register and pay online in advance during one of the following periods:

Standard: 5 September–27 October 2025
The last day to purchase group memberships is 15 October 2025.
To participate in the ICFP 2025 conference, please plan ahead and complete your ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration early to secure your spot.
Accessibility and Accommodations
ICFP 2025 is committed to Equity Through Action, ensuring that all delegates have an inclusive and accessible experience.
The Agora Bogotá Convention Center, the venue where the ICFP 2025 conference is being held, is designed to be fully accessible. It features ramps, elevators, wide corridors, and accessible restrooms to support full participation for all attendees.
If you have specific accessibility or accommodation needs, please let us know during the registration process or contact the ICFP team at info@theicfp.org. We’re dedicated to making ICFP 2025 a welcoming, inclusive, and fulfilling experience for all.
General Refund Policy
In-person Delegates:
- 75% of ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration fees will be refunded if a delegate cancels by 4 September 2025
- 50% of ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration fees will be refunded if a delegate cancels by 1 October 2025
- No refunds will be processed after 1 October 2025.
- The deadline to transfer ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration to another individual is Monday, 27 October 2025 (the same day that ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration closes).
- If an in-person delegate is denied a visa for any reason, they will be refunded the difference between in-person and virtual rates and granted access to all livestreams and on-demand recordings.
Virtual Delegates:
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
- Single-day ICFP 2025 Delegate Membership registration not available.
