At the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP), the safety and well-being of every delegate, speaker, volunteer, and staff member are our top priorities. As we gather thousands of participants from around the world in Bogotá and online, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and secure environment where everyone can fully participate and thrive.
To support this commitment, ICFP has launched the ICFP 2025 Safety and Security Concern Form, a confidential tool for delegates to share any issues, incidents, or concerns related to safety, security, or misconduct during the conference.
About the Form
The ICFP 2025 Safety and Security Concern Form is designed to make it easier for delegates to report a range of issues, including:
- Physical safety concerns
- Harassment or misconduct
- Security or access issues
- Health or medical concerns
- Lost property
- Or any other matter that may affect your sense of safety and well-being
You may submit a concern at any time during the conference. Providing your name and email is optional, though doing so allows our team to follow up directly if additional information or action is needed.
How It Works
- Complete the online form to share details about the issue or concern, including where and when it occurred.
- The ICFP safety and security team will review each submission and take appropriate action.
- If you provide contact information, you may be contacted for clarification or follow-up support.
We encourage all delegates to use this form if they experience or witness any situation that compromises the safety, dignity, or comfort of anyone at ICFP.
Together for a Safer Conference
Creating a secure and respectful conference space is a collective effort. By sharing your feedback and raising concerns, you help us ensure that ICFP remains a welcoming environment for all—one that reflects our shared values of equity, respect, and care.
